Individuation

Definition.

The work of a lifetime, and probably never complete, individuation is the process of coming into our greatest wholeness. As we individuate, we welcome all the parts of ourselves — the shadowed, the hidden, the exquisitely fragile — and orient around the deep center (or centers) of our intrapsychic world.
